Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or older where your local age of majority requires it, to use NightChat24.
Current MVP gate
The current date-of-birth and confirmation gate is not a complete legal age-verification system. Stronger age assurance may be required before launch in particular locations.
This MVP policy text must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer before public launch, especially for the countries where the service is available.
